The Factory London Black Card: Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of The Factory London Black Card. By purchasing or using a Black Card, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Nature of the Black Card
The Black Card is a lifetime, non-transferable, ultra-limited membership providing priority access and creative privileges across The Factory London’s studios, sets, equipment and facilities.
2. Definition of “Lifetime”
“Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of The Factory London, including any future locations, expansions or successor studios operated directly by The Factory London.
3. Fair Use Policy
The Black Card grants unlimited usage under Fair Use conditions:
- All sessions must be pre-booked;
- Members may not monopolise peak hours daily;
- Extended sessions may be approved when capacity allows;
- Unreasonable or excessive use may trigger an account review.
Daily Operational Limits
For fairness and operational efficiency, the following limits apply:
- Maximum of 3 hours of studio usage per day, unless pre-approved;
- Producer support is subject to staff availability and not guaranteed;
- Unlimited guests may attend sessions;
- A maximum of four (4) microphones are included standard for podcast/audio sessions.
No additional charges apply for usage within Fair Use.
4. Booking Priority
Black Card Members receive the highest booking priority across all studios. Availability during peak times is prioritised but not guaranteed.
5. Equipment & Set Access
Members gain unlimited access to all in-house lights, cameras, microphones, sets and production equipment at no additional cost.
6. Guest Access
Members may bring unlimited guests for studio sessions, meetings or creative use.
7. Non-Transferability
The Black Card cannot be resold, gifted, transferred, sublicensed or reassigned. It is permanently assigned to the purchasing individual or company.
8. No Refund Policy
Due to its lifetime nature and limited release, Black Card purchases are strictly non-refundable.
9. Conduct Requirements
Members must respect staff, equipment and facilities. Damage, misconduct or repeated violations of Fair Use may result in suspension or termination without refund.
10. Facility Changes
The Factory London may modify, upgrade, reconfigure or replace equipment, furniture, sets or studios at any time without notice.
11. Changes to These Terms
Terms may be updated for legal or operational reasons. The current version will always be hosted on this page.
12. If The Factory London Ceases to Exist
If The Factory London permanently ceases operations:
- All Black Card benefits and rights terminate immediately;
- No refunds (full or partial) will be issued;
- No replacement studio, credit or compensation will be provided;
- No damages or claims may be pursued relating to the cessation of service.
This clause is reflected in the lifetime pricing structure and the exclusive, limited-edition nature of the Black Card.
